Located in the Wilmore neighborhood, this exceptional home features the high-quality construction, thoughtful layout, and designer lighting this collection is known for, delivering style and function throughout. Crown molding and elegant tile selections carry through the home, adding a tailored finish to every room.

A covered front porch welcomes you inside to a flexible main level. On one side of the foyer is a formal dining room, ideal for hosting. On the other is a private home office that can also serve as a guest bedroom, with a full bath nearby featuring dual vanities and a shower. At the back of the home, the open living room centers on a gas fireplace and flows easily into the kitchen, creating a natural gathering space for both everyday living and entertaining. The kitchen is anchored by a large island and features floor-to-ceiling cabinetry and a walk-in pantry. A wet bar with built-ins sits just off the kitchen, and a bright breakfast nook overlooks the rear patio.  The main level also features a laundry room and side entry leading to the driveway and detached garage.

Upstairs, the primary suite is a private retreat with a generous walk-in closet and a spacious bath with a soaking tub, walk-in tiled shower, separate vanities, and a private water closet. Two additional bedrooms share a hall bath with a shower/tub combination. An open lounge gives the upper level a second living area, well suited for a media room or additional home office space.

Outside, a covered patio with a ceiling fan is ready for lounging and al fresco dining. It overlooks a spacious, fully fenced backyard with room to play, garden, or entertain, along with a detached garage.

Set among the tree-lined streets and classic bungalows of one of Charlotte's most charming historic neighborhoods, the home offers a walkable, established setting just minutes from South End's restaurants, breweries, and shopping. Wilmore

Wilmore is one of Charlotte's most charming historic neighborhoods, first platted in 1888 and considered the city's second-oldest suburb after Dilworth. Wide, gently curving streets are lined with crape myrtles and quaint bungalows, many of which date to a 1930s building boom. The neighborhood is a designated local historic district, which protects its architectural character, and it has a strong sense of community. Residents gather for movie nights at Wilmore Centennial Park from late summer into fall, weekly "Wilmore Wednesdays" at Pasta & Provisions, and park parties at Abbott Park. Today Wilmore pairs its early 20th-century charm with a growing collection of thoughtfully designed new homes.

Location

Wilmore sits just southwest of Uptown and borders both South End and Dilworth, so the city's best dining, sports, and cultural venues are only minutes away. The neighborhood is close to the I-77 and I-277 interchange and the LYNX Blue Line light rail, with the Bland Street and East/West stations just blocks away. Uptown Charlotte is about two miles away, and Charlotte Douglas International Airport is roughly a 15-minute drive.

Dining & Retail

Some of Charlotte's most popular restaurants, breweries, and shops are a short walk or drive away in neighboring South End. Local favorites include Leroy Fox, Sycamore Brewing, and the shops at Atherton Mill, along with Pasta & Provisions, Indaco, Culinary Dropout, and Hawkers Asian Street Food. The Trolley Barn Fermentory & Food Hall and the growing mix of boutiques and coffee shops along the South Boulevard corridor round out the options.

Parks

Wilmore Centennial Park, at the corner of South Tryon Street and Kingston Avenue, offers a large open lawn facing the Uptown skyline, a natural play area, art displays, and seating areas. Abbott Park has a playground, an athletic field, and basketball courts. For longer walks and rides, the Charlotte Rail Trail stretches 3.5 miles through South End. The Irwin Creek Greenway starts off West Boulevard near I-77 and connects to Revolution Park and Clanton Park. Revolution Park covers just over 15 acres and includes a recreation center, ball fields, and a nine-hole golf course.

South End

South End is one of Charlotte’s most vibrant and dynamic neighborhoods, offering an energetic urban lifestyle just minutes from Uptown. Known for its walkability, modern mixed-use developments, and thriving social scene, the area seamlessly blends residential living with some of the city’s most popular dining, retail, and entertainment destinations.

Residents enjoy immediate access to an impressive collection of locally owned restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, fitness studios, boutiques, and national retailers, creating a true live-work-play environment. The neighborhood is also home to numerous parks, greenways, public art installations, and year-round community events that contribute to its distinctive character and appeal.

Connectivity is a defining feature of South End. The neighborhood is anchored by the LYNX Blue Line Light Rail, providing convenient public transit service between Uptown Charlotte, South End, NoDa, the University area, and beyond. The Rail Trail, a multi-use pedestrian corridor running alongside the light rail, further enhances walkability and bike accessibility throughout the district.

With quick access to Uptown Charlotte, Interstate 77, Interstate 277, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and several of the city’s premier employment centers, South End offers exceptional convenience for both work and leisure. Its combination of urban energy, modern amenities, and outstanding connectivity has established South End as one of Charlotte’s most sought-after places to live, work, and explore.
